3. Within one week we will provide a written quote that includes a description of what we can provide, the steps we will follow, and the proposed date of completion.

4. If you want to begin the partnership, sign the contract and return it to us.

5. We begin the process we outlined and communicate with you as needed.

6. We show you an early draft of what we've done and you provide feedback.

7. We incorporate your feedback and show your revised drafts.

8. Step 7 continues until you are satisfied.

9. We produce the final product or continue in our partnership according to our original contract.

10. We are available to address any issues that arise.

11. You are happy and satisfied.
